The model
A straightforward pay-as-you-save arrangement that removes the two biggest barriers to going clean: upfront cost and operational risk.
Enerthon covers the entire cost of design, equipment and installation. The client invests nothing to get started.
Enerthon owns and maintains the system, including O&M, monitoring, warranties and licensing, so the client carries no operational risk.
The client and Enerthon share the savings the system produces. As you save, you pay, never more than the value delivered.
Design, licensing, installation, operations & maintenance, monitoring and warranties are all included in the service. Virtual net metering is supported where applicable.
Every system is monitored continuously, so performance, yield and compliance are visible and managed, not assumed.
Flagship case study
Enerthon's flagship Energy-as-a-Service installation: an 86 kWp rooftop solar system commissioned in November 2025, delivered under the pay-as-you-save model. The figures below are real, measured results from the first months of operation.

Figures cover Nov 2025 to May 2026 from the site's energy-performance report. Of 59.45 MWh generated, 47.81 MWh (80%) was self-consumed and 11.64 MWh (20%) exported. CO₂ avoided is an Enerthon estimate based on generation and the Cyprus grid emission factor. All monetary figures exclude VAT.
